Coming from the South:

Take interstate 91 to the BARTON exit - which is exit 25 – at mile 155+

At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto route 16 South and proceed 2.0 miles.

Make a left onto Dexter Mountain Road and proceed up the hill for 1.5 miles.

When road starts to veers to the left, go slowly as driveway into sub-division is on the right- see the split rail fence with gate on wheels.

If the gate is closed, kindly open it and drive to the end of the cul de sac.

Lots # 3 & # 4  are located at the end of the cul de sac.

Coming from the North:

Take interstate 91 South and exit at Barton.

Make a right onto 16 South and proceed as above.
